7 Bail decisions made by court officers continue in force
(1)
A decision made under section 12.21 by a court officer about bail that is in force immediately before the commencement continues in force as if the amendment Act had not commenced.
(2)
In this clause—
amendment Act means the Local Court and Bail Legislation Amendment Act 2025.
commencement means the commencement of the amendment Act, Schedule 3.
