9.11 Regulations relating to public registers
(1)
The regulations may make further provision about public registers required to be kept under this division.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may provide for the following—
(a)
the form of the registers,
(b)
the information required to be included in the registers,
(c)
the requirement for persons to give the Environment Agency Head information for the purposes of the registers,
(d)
the correction of the registers.
