24 Biobanking Trust Fund under TSC Act to become Biodiversity Stewardship Payments Fund
(1)
The Biobanking Trust Fund established by section 127ZW of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 is abolished on the repeal of that Act.
(2)
On the abolition of the Biobanking Trust Fund, money standing to the credit of the Fund and its other assets and liabilities become money standing to the credit of the Biodiversity Stewardship Payments Fund established by section 6.34 of the new Act and the other assets and liabilities of that Fund.
