27 Regulations under Division
Without limiting the matters for which the regulations may provide with respect to insurance or any other arrangement, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following—
the persons or bodies who may provide indemnity,
the period for which a registered certifier is to be indemnified,
the amount for which a registered certifier is to be indemnified,
the risks for which a registered certifier is to be indemnified,
the nature and terms of any insurance or arrangement,
the obligations on a person or body who provides indemnity,
the issue of indemnity for liability incurred by a person who was formerly a registered certifier.
