66 Conditions of approval
(1)
An approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority is subject to the following conditions—
(a)
any conditions prescribed by this Act or the regulations,
(b)
any conditions imposed by the Secretary.
(2)
The Secretary may impose conditions on an approval—
(a)
at the time of the grant of the approval, or
(b)
at any other time by variation of the approval.
