5 Fees and charges payable under existing business names legislation
(1)
Any fees and charges that were payable under the existing business names legislation immediately before the change-over day remain recoverable by the Director-General in a court of competent jurisdiction on and after that day.
(2)
Without limiting clause 3, fees and charges that would have been payable under the existing business names legislation had it continued in effect continue to be payable in relation to matters being dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Division 4.
