101 Additional information—civil obligation
(1)
The Cemeteries Agency may, at any time, by notice in writing direct a Crown cemetery operator to provide, within such time, if any, as is specified in the direction, as part of the annual report referred to in section 99 or by means of a separate report, such information relating to the financial report or operations, or both, of the Crown cemetery operator as is so specified.
(2)
The Crown cemetery operator must comply with a direction given to the operator under subsection (1).
Maximum civil penalty: $19,800.
