104 Membership and procedure of committees
(1)
A committee established under section 103 consists of the persons appointed by the operator board, in accordance with any applicable committee guidelines made under section 105.
(2)
It does not matter that any or all members of the committee are not members of the operator board.
(3)
The procedure of the committee is to be determined by the committee, subject to this Act and any applicable committee guidelines made under section 105 and except as otherwise determined by the operator board.
