121 Proceedings may be brought by Cemeteries Agency or authorised officer
Proceedings for a contravention of a civil penalty provision may only be brought by—
(a)
the Cemeteries Agency, or
(b)
an authorised officer with the written authorisation of the Cemeteries Agency (either generally or in a particular case).
