4 Removal from office
(1)
To avoid doubt, the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, Part 6 applies in relation to the CEO.
(2)
The Minister may remove the CEO from office, but only for incompetency, incapacity or misbehaviour.
Note—
Under the Government Sector Employment Act, Part 6, the Governor may remove the CEO from office at any time for any or no stated reason and without notice.
