7 Annual reports and records
(1)
Section 99 (Annual report) of this Act applies only to and in respect of a financial year commencing on or after 1 July 2014.
(2)
Section 122 of the Crown Lands Act 1989 and clauses 32 and 33 of the Crown Lands Regulation 2006 continue (subject to the regulations) to apply to and in respect of a Crown cemetery trust within the meaning of this Act for the financial year that commenced on 1 July 2013.
