7 Minister may declare cemetery to be a public park
(1)
Subject to clause 6, the Minister may declare, by notification in the Gazette, the whole or any part of land within a cemetery to be a public park.
(2)
The land declared to be a public park under subclause (1) is deemed to have been dedicated as a public park under section 2.3 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016.
