70C Persons may carry out works under memorial works approvals
(1)
The holder of a memorial works approval may, in accordance with the conditions on the approval, carry out the works specified in the approval.
(2)
The holder of a memorial works approval must comply with the approval.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
