16 Assignment of officer by Secretary
(1)
On receiving notice of the making of a children’s community service order, the Secretary shall assign an officer, or, where the regulations so provide, a person other than an officer, in respect of the administration of the order.
(2)
The Secretary may determine the remuneration and allowances for the officer or other person.
