43 Definition
In this Part, a reference to a decision includes a reference to a finding, order, determination and judgment, but does not include a reference to—
(a)
in relation to the Children’s Court—an order made under section 33 (1) (a), or
(b)
in relation to any other court—
(i)
an order dismissing a charge, or
(ii)
an order discharging an offender under section 10 (1) (b) of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999.
