33 Composition of Children’s Court Clinic
(1)
The Children’s Court Clinic established by the Minister for Health under section 15B of the Act is to comprise—
(a)
the Director of the Children’s Court Clinic, and
(b)
any others persons appointed by the Minister for Health, being persons considered by the Minister for Health to be suitable to prepare and submit assessment reports.
(2)
Any appointment under subclause (1) (b) that was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 is taken to be an appointment made by the Minister for Health.
