This Order is the Civil Liability (Non-economic Loss) Order 2010.

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

For the Civil Liability Act 2002, section 17(1), the amount that applies for the Act, section 16(2) is declared to be the amount specified in the table, Column 2 on and from the date specified opposite in Column 1.
