50 Issue of subpoenas
A referring court has the same powers with respect to—
(a)
ordering persons to attend as witnesses at referred proceedings or to attend and produce documents at referred proceedings, and
(b)
enforcing compliance with any such orders,
as it would have had in respect of the proceedings had they been heard and determined by the court.
