14 Exemptions
(1)
An exemption under section 51 that was in force immediately before the repeal of that section by the Courts and Other Justice Portfolio Legislation Amendment Act 2015 remains in force according to its terms and section 51, as in force immediately before its repeal, continues to apply in respect of that exemption.
(2)
If an application made under section 51 has not been decided before the repeal of that section, the application is taken never to have been made.
