Certain proceedings precluded

Proceedings are not to be brought against any person for publishing an obscene libel or an indecent article—

(a)

for the purposes of an application for classification under the Commonwealth Act, or

(b)

if the libel or article is, or is part of, a film, publication or computer game that is classified (other than RC or X 18+).
