454 Deregistration of co-operative ceasing to exist
(1)
As soon as practicable after a co-operative ceases to exist, other than on deregistration of the co-operative under section 444, the Registrar must deregister the co-operative by registering the cessation and cancelling the registration of the co-operative.
(2)
The Registrar may remove from a register kept by the Registrar the name of a co-operative that has been deregistered or otherwise ceased to exist.
(3)
A co-operative that has transferred its engagements to another co-operative is taken to have ceased to exist.
