9 Saving of certain directions
(1)
A direction to make a coastal zone management plan under section 55B (1) of the former Act is taken to be a direction to make a coastal management program under section 13 (1) of this Act.
(2)
This clause does not apply in relation to a draft coastal zone management plan referred to in clause 6 (1) of this Schedule.
