40 Application for permit
(1)
A person may apply to the Authority for a permit to hold a combat sport contest.
(2)
An application must—
(a)
be in the approved form, and
(b)
be accompanied by any other information required by the Authority, and
(c)
be made not less than 28 days before the date of the proposed combat sport contest or within such lesser period as the Authority may approve in a particular case, and
(d)
be accompanied by the fee, if any, prescribed by the regulations.
(3)
(Repealed)
