73 Review of health and safety prohibition orders
(1)
A prohibited person under a health and safety prohibition order may at any time apply to the Authority for a review of the order.
(2)
The Authority may review any evidence or other material provided by the prohibited person and may refuse the application or vary or revoke the order.
(3)
The procedures for a review under this section are to be as determined by the Authority.
