16 Variation of approved CID proposal
(1)
This Act applies to the following variations of an approved CID proposal in the same way as it applies to the making of a CID proposal—
(a)
an alteration to the boundaries of the CID,
(b)
a change to the levy amount or method of its calculation,
(c)
a variation of a kind prescribed by the regulations.
(2)
The regulations may deal with variations to an approved CID proposal, including by modifying the application of the provisions of this Act to a proposal for a variation.
