26 Regulations relating to recovery of unpaid levies
(1)
The regulations may deal with the recovery of unpaid levies.
(2)
For subsection (1), the regulations may apply, adopt or incorporate provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 and the regulations under that Act as in force at a particular time or from time to time.
