42 Internal review of certain decisions
Without limiting section 41, the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997, section 53 applies to the following—
(a)
a decision under section 11(2), 15(1), 15(2), 21(1), 22(8), 23(4) or 30(4),
(b)
a decision of a kind prescribed by the regulations.
