14 Consolidation by scheme plan of consolidation—the Act, Schedule 1, cl 1(2)(b)
An additional sheet of the detail plan required to be included with a scheme plan of consolidation—
may be compiled from information in the relevant scheme plan, and
must show only the lots subject to the consolidation.
The new lots on the additional sheet of the detail plan must be numbered consecutively, beginning with the next available lot number for the scheme.
The replacement schedule of unit entitlement required to be included with a scheme plan of consolidation must also include the following—
in the “LOT” column—a list of the newly consolidated lots,
in the “UNIT ENTITLEMENT” column—
against the superseded lots—a reference to the relevant consolidated lot, and
for each consolidated lot—its unit entitlement,
in the “SUBDIVISION” column—a reference to the sheet of the scheme plan that shows the consolidated lot.
