5 Location plans—the Act, Schedule 1, cl 1(2)(b)
A location plan included in a scheme plan must—
(a)
be clearly labelled “LOCATION PLAN” in the plan drawing area, and
(b)
contain a schedule on which to record subsequent subdivisions, consolidations, severances and other changes to lots in the scheme.
