Approval for legal services costs—the Act, s 106

Current

(1)

For the purposes of the Act, section 106(2)(b), the prescribed amount is $15,000.

(2)

For the purposes of the Act, section 106(3)(c), approval is not required to take other legal action if—

(a)

the matter is not urgent, and

(b)

the cost of the legal services is not more than $3,000.
