18 Assistance to committees
(1)
The Minister may provide assistance (including financial assistance) for the proper functioning of any committee.
(2)
Without limiting the Minister’s powers under any other provision of this Act, the Minister may make payments out of money provided by Parliament for the purpose of providing the assistance referred to in subsection (1).
