38E Restrictions relating to Parliamentary Secretaries
(1)
A person shall not be appointed to hold office as Parliamentary Secretary if he is a Minister of the Crown or a member of the Executive Council.
(2)
A person shall not be appointed as a Minister of the Crown or a member of the Executive Council if he is a Parliamentary Secretary.
