50C Ministers to whom Public Service agencies responsible
(1)
The Governor may, by an administrative arrangements order, specify the Minister to whom a Public Service agency is responsible.
(2)
A Minister may, subject to any direction of the Premier, assume responsibility for a Public Service agency for which the Governor has not determined Ministerial responsibility under this section.
(3)
The same Public Service agency may be responsible to more than one Minister.
