14 Making of complaints
(1)
A complaint must be—
(a)
in writing, and
(b)
lodged with the President.
(2)
A complaint may be lodged with the President—
(a)
by delivery by post, or
(b)
by email to an email address specified on the Board’s website, or
(c)
in another way prescribed by the regulations.
