44 Enforcement of orders by President
If the President believes it is in the public interest, the President may—
(a)
for an individual complaint—take steps to enforce an order of the Tribunal on behalf of the complainant with the complainant’s consent, or
(b)
for a representative complaint—take steps to enforce an order of the Tribunal on the President’s own motion.
