52 Obstruction
An entity must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct, hinder or resist—
(a)
the President, or a member of the President’s staff, in the exercise of the President’s or staff member’s functions under this Act, or
(b)
a member of the Board in the exercise of the member’s functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for an individual—10 penalty units, or
(b)
otherwise—50 penalty units.
