123 Receiver may be reimbursed for damages
(1)
The Secretary may reimburse a receiver for any damages or costs recovered against the receiver, or an employee or agent of the receiver, for any act or omission done or omitted in good faith and in the purported exercise of the receiver’s functions.
(2)
Reimbursement under this section is to be by way of payment from the Operating Account.
