12 Application of Part 13A to past convictions
(1)
Part 13A extends to convictions recorded before the appointed day.
(2)
Section 474J extends to free pardons granted before the appointed day and to free pardons granted on or after the appointed day as a consequence of an inquiry that is disposed of under section 475, as referred to in clause 10.
