4 Repeals
The following orders are repealed:
(a)
the Correctional Centres (Interstate Leave) Order 1999,
(b)
the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) (Interstate Leave) Order 2002,
(c)
the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) (Interstate Leave) Order 2004.
Note—
Pursuant to clause 8 of Schedule 5 to the Act, the Correctional Centres (Interstate Leave) Order 1999 is taken to be an order in force under section 28 of the Act.
