10 Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer of Dams Safety NSW is the person employed in the Department as the Chief Executive Officer.
(2)
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day to day management of the operations of Dams Safety NSW in accordance with any directions of Dams Safety NSW.
