Entry into residential premises only with permission or warrant

(1)

This Division does not empower an authorised officer to enter a part of premises used only for residential purposes without the permission of the occupier or the authority of a search warrant.

(2)

This section does not limit entry onto common property under a strata scheme (within the meaning of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015) or association property under a scheme (within the meaning of the Community Land Management Act 2021).
