45 TfNSW to keep records
Transport for NSW must keep records of—
(a)
licences and matters relating to licences, including particulars of the issue, refusal, suspension and cancellation of licences, conditions imposed on licences and the variation of such conditions, and
(b)
prohibition orders under Part 4 and matters relating to such orders, including particulars of their making, variation and revocation, and
(c)
particulars of the service of notices or documents under this Act.
