(1)
For the purposes of sections 11 (2), 30 (2) (b) and 59 (2) (a) of the Act, the fees set out in Schedule 1 are payable to Transport for NSW in respect of the services specified in that Schedule.
(2)
Despite subclause (1), a certificate under section 46 of the Act may be issued without the imposition of a fee.
