Dust Diseases Tribunal Rules 2019

Part 22 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 applies, subject to the adaptation specified in subrule (2), to proceedings before the Tribunal and to matters in respect of which the Tribunal has jurisdiction.

The adaptation referred to in subrule (1) is—

in Rule 22.1(3) omit “special reasons exist that justify the making of the order” and insert “the order is necessary to ensure that the outstanding issues in dispute are properly tried”.
