100 Transfers between married couple and de facto partners (Division 4, Part 8, Chapter 2)
(1)
The provisions of Division 4 of Part 8 of Chapter 2, as inserted by the amending Act, apply to transfers of dutiable property that occur on or after the commencement of that Division, other than transfers that are made in conformity with an agreement entered into before that commencement.
(2)
Section 67, as in force before its repeal by the amending Act, continues to apply to transfers occurring after the commencement of Division 4 of Part 8 of Chapter 2 that are made in conformity with an agreement entered into before that commencement.
