104ZJF Refund amount
The amount of a refund to which a transferee is entitled under this part—
(a)
is the amount determined in accordance with an order made by the Treasurer and published in the Gazette, and
(b)
may be the full amount of the duty paid or a lesser amount as determined in accordance with the order.
