Changes to New Home Grant Scheme

In force

The amendments to Division 1A of Part 8 of Chapter 2 made by the State Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Act 2014 apply to the following—

(a)

agreements for sale or transfer entered into on or after 1 July 2014,

(b)

transfers that occur on or after 1 July 2014, other than transfers made in conformity with an agreement for sale or transfer entered into before 1 July 2014.
