127 Application of amendment to section 160
(1)
Without limiting clause 126, an arrangement that includes both a put option and a call option is not to be regarded as an uncompleted agreement for the purposes of section 160 if the put option and call option were conferred by an agreement or arrangement entered into before the commencement of section 160 (3A) (as inserted by the amending Act).
(2)
In this clause—
call option and put option have the same meanings as in Part 2 of Chapter 3.
