276 Public hospitals
Duty under this Act is not chargeable on—
(a)
a dutiable transaction in respect of dutiable property, if a public hospital would be the person liable to pay the duty, or
(b)
an instrument executed by or on behalf of a public hospital, if the public hospital would be the person liable to pay the duty.
