33AF Publication of adjusted amounts
The Chief Commissioner is to publish a notice on the NSW legislation website before the start of each year commencing on 1 July specifying the following amounts that are to apply for that year—
each adjustable amount, as adjusted in accordance with this Division,
each base amount, as adjusted in accordance with this Division,
the premium base amount, determined by reference to any relevant amount adjusted in accordance with this Division.

For notices under this subsection see Notice of Adjusted Amounts Under Section 33AF of Duties Act 1997 (2026-303).
However, failure to publish the notice or late publication of the notice does not affect the validity of an adjustment under this Division.
